Payment Processing

Bean Keeper Pro uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. Paddle handles all billing, subscription management, and refund requests. When you subscribe, you are purchasing through Paddle, and their consumer terms apply to your transaction.

60-Day Free Trial

All new accounts receive a full 60-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether Bean Keeper Pro is right for your business before committing to a paid subscription.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply once you have started using the digital content (i.e., logged into and used the Service). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Note: For subscription services, your right to cancel applies only following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

All refund requests received after 30 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed, except for sales tax refunds which have a 60-day window (see below).

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Subscriptions

Your paid subscription automatically renews until cancelled. We will notify you if the price increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue.

To cancel your subscription: Please contact us at support@beankeeperpro.com at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Please provide your order number and the email address used for the subscription. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.

Important: There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

Sales Tax Refunds

If you have been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. Sales taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, and others as applicable.

You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon provision of a valid sales tax code for your country.

All refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.

Effect of Cancellation/Refund

If your cancellation or refund request is approved:

  • We will reimburse all eligible payments received from you
  • Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision
  • Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction
  • You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement

  • Your account email address
  • Your order number
  • The date of the charge in question
  • The reason for your refund request
