1. Company Information

Bean Keeper Pro is a trade name (DBA - "Doing Business As") of Boost Cyber LLC. All references to "Bean Keeper Pro," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms of Service refer to Boost Cyber LLC operating under the Bean Keeper Pro brand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bean Keeper Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Bean Keeper Pro provides cloud-based accounting software for small businesses, including features such as bookkeeping, payroll management, invoicing, financial reporting, and tax form generation.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 60-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription at the current rate of $12.50 per month. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Cyber LLC (doing business as Bean Keeper Pro) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bean Keeper Pro is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your financial records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
